1. About us
Clyra Ceramics ("we", "us", "our") makes and sells ceramic kitchen jars, bottles, serveware, dinnerware and gift sets from India. We sell to individual customers and to businesses, including retailers, cafés, hotels and corporate buyers.
2. Using this website
- You may browse the website and send us enquiries for personal or business purchasing.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or misleading information.
- We may update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Our products
- Many of our pieces are painted or finished by hand. Brushwork, colour and size can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. These variations are part of handmade ceramics and are not defects.
- Colours can look different on different screens.
- Sizes and capacities shown are approximate.
- Product listings on this website are a catalogue, not a guarantee that an item is in stock.
4. Enquiries and orders
- Sending an enquiry or quote request through the website does not create an order or a contract.
- After you enquire, we confirm the price, availability, shipping cost and delivery time with you by email or WhatsApp.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and receive any payment we have agreed with you.
- For bulk, wholesale and custom orders, quantities, designs, lead times and payment terms are agreed separately for each order.
- We may decline any order at our discretion.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted to you directly and may change until your order is confirmed.
- Unless we state otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders we may quote in another currency.
- Payment methods and timing are confirmed with you before you pay. Any taxes that apply will be shown in your quote.
6. Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within India and worldwide.
- Delivery times we give are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs and events outside our control.
- For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
7. Damages, returns and cancellations
- We pack every piece carefully. If an item arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
- Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for small variations in colour, pattern or size.
- Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless we agree otherwise.
- Any refund is made to the original payment method.
8. Marketplace purchases
Our products are also sold on Amazon and Meesho. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by that platform's own terms, payment, delivery and return policies.
9. Social media and video content
- We publish product videos and reels on our own YouTube channel and Instagram account. Some of this publishing is automated with software we run ourselves.
- Our YouTube uploads use YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Our use of Google and YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy and is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- Videos and posts are for showing our products. Prices, availability and offers are always confirmed with you directly.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our videos, including product designs, photos, text, logos and videos, belongs to Clyra Ceramics or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages and videos, but you may not copy, reuse or sell our content without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
- We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
